Pets
No pets, except service animals, are permitted.
We may consider them under extraordinary circumstances and at an extra cost. Please email us to discuss further.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your booking:

more than 30 days before your arrival date, you will receive a full refund, less the booking fees

less than 14 days but more than 48 hours before your arrival date, you will receive a 50% refund, less the booking fees (or by owners discretion).

less than 7 days before your arrival date, you forfeit all monies and will not be entitled to any refund (or by owners discretion).
